Key Responsibilities: Manage end-to-end recruitment life cycle for IT roles (screening to onboarding) Understand job requirements by coordinating with hiring managers Source candidates via job portals, LinkedIn, references, and social media Screen candidates for technical fit, experience, and communication skills Schedule and coordinate interviews with technical panels Maintain candidate data and progress tracking using internal tools Follow up with selected candidates for joining and documentation Work on niche IT roles such as DevOps, .NET, Java, QA, AI/ML, SAP, etc. ✅ Requirements: 1 year of experience in technical recruitment (IT staffing or corporate) Familiarity with job portals like Naukri, LinkedIn, etc. Understanding of basic IT terminology (.NET, Java, DevOps, etc.) Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong follow-up and coordination abilities Willingness to work in a fast-paced, office-based environment Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month Ability to commute/relocate: Vadodara, Gujarat: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred) Education: Bachelor's (Required) Language: English (Required) Location: Vadodara, Gujarat (Required) Work Location: In person Expected Start Date: 01/06/2025
