Senior Human Resources Manager

• You will lead the HR function at Alite Projects across recruitment,
• policy enforcement
• compliance
• Zoho automation
• performance reviews and audits.
• Your job is to streamline and document all HR operations
• manage the junior HR team
• ensure full compliance with Indian labor laws
• especially Gujarat Shops & Establishments Act.

What You Need

• 4–7 years HR experience in a tech or digital company

• Strong knowledge of Indian labor laws (PF, ESIC, TDS, Bonus Act, POSH, Gujarat Shops Act)

• Hands-on experience with HR automation tools (Zoho preferred)

• Excellent written and spoken communication in English and Hindi

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
