About Company:

Trasccon Interconnection Systems (P) Ltd is a leading player in manufacturer of Electrical Interconnection systems such as Wire Harness, Cable Assembly, Electrical Looms, Cabinet wiring and Electro Mechanical Integrations. We cater to Aerospace, Defence, Marine, Medical, Railways and Industrial applications.

Key Responsibilities:

Administrative Support: Assist in maintaining HR records and databases.
Prepare and distribute HR-related documents, such as offer letters, contracts, and policies.Schedule and coordinate interviews, meetings, and training sessions.Handle basic HR inquiries and provide information to employees.

Recruitment Support: Assist in the recruitment process by posting job openings, reviewing resumes, and coordinating interviews.
Conduct initial screenings of candidates and assist in the selection process.Coordinate the onboarding process for new hires.

Employee Relations: Assist in handling employee relations matters, including conflict resolution and disciplinary procedures.
Maintain employee files and ensure accuracy of information.Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and events.

Benefits Administration: Support the administration of employee benefits programs.
Assist employees with benefits-related inquiries and facilitate benefits enrollment processes.

Compliance and Policy Adherence: Assist in ensuring compliance with HR policies and procedures.
Stay updated on relevant employment laws and regulations.Support the implementation and communication of HR policies.

Data Management: Compile and analyze HR data for reporting purposes.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records and reports.

Training and Development: Coordinate training sessions and development programs.
Assist in tracking employee training and development activities.

General Support: Provide general support to HR professionals and other departments as needed.
Handle additional tasks and projects as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Graduates/ Postgraduates in HR/ Management.
  • Freshers preferred.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹19,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
