TRASCCON Interconnection Systems Pvt Ltd is a leading player in manufacturer of Electrical Interconnection systems such as Wire Harness, Cable Assembly, Electrical Looms, Cabinet wiring and Electromechanical Integrations.
We cater to Aerospace, Defence, Marine, Medical, Railways and Industrial applications. We are AS 9100 REV D & ISO 9001-2015 certified company. Scope: "The Manufacture of cable harness, Electrical looms, wiring of electrical & electronic panels, cabinet integration involving PCB’s and development of testing fixtures".

Key Responsibilities:

· Read and interpret assembly instructions, drawings, and schematics to determine cable and harness layouts, components, and specifications.

· Cut, strip, crimp, and solder wires and cables as necessary, ensuring accuracy and adherence to safety standards.

· Assemble and route cables and wires according to engineering drawings and wiring diagrams.

· Use hand tools, such as wire cutters, strippers, crimpers, and soldering irons, to perform necessary operations.

· Ensure the proper placement and securing of cables, wires, and connectors to prevent damage or interference.

· Inspect and test cables and harnesses for quality, accuracy, and functionality.

· Identify and rectify any errors or issues during assembly and testing processes.

· Maintain an organized and clean work environment and keep track of inventory and supplies.

· Adhere to safety regulations and guidelines while operating equipment and tools.

Qualifications and Skills:

· Diploma, ITI or equivalent.

· Freshers or Previous experience working with cable harnesses or in a related field is preferred.

· Strong attention to detail and ability to interpret technical diagrams and instructions effectively.

· Knowledge of wire stripping, crimping, and soldering techniques.

· Proficiency in using hand tools and equipment commonly used in cable harness assembly.

· Ability to work well in a team and follow directions from supervisors.

· Good time management and organizational skills.

· Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to troubleshoot and rectify issues effectively.

· Physical stamina and the ability to stand, bend, and lift heavy objects for extended periods.

· Knowledge of safety protocols and the ability to adhere to safety procedures.

· Good communication skills and the ability to communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
