About Company:

Trasccon Interconnection Systems Pvt Ltd is a leading player in manufacturer of Electrical Interconnection systems such as Wire Harness, Cable Assembly, Electrical Looms, Cabinet wiring and Electro Mechanical Integrations. We cater to Aerospace, Defence, Marine, Medical, Railways and Industrial applications.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Responding to Enquiries: Answering customer questions via phone or email
• Logging Enquiries in TISPL portal: Project number to be assigned for all enquiries and logged in TISPL portal. Same needs to be shared to RFQ team
• Followup for Quotes: Follow up to be made with RFQ team and quotes to be shared with sales team. Appropriate updates to be made in portal to keep track of RFQ’s
• Providing support: Should act as support for both internal and external teams to solve any technical or administrative issues from each other.
• Reports:
• Is responsible for maintaining and sharing RFQ and PO updates with both internal and external stakeholders.
• Maintaining High probability orders report.
• Sharing shipment information with customers.
• Maintaining Contract review reports
• ERP Entries: Is responsible for logging PO’s received from customer in ERP on timely basis.
• Meetings : Conducting contract reviews on timely basis with internal teams for each order
• Collecting Customer Feedbacks: Formal customer CSAT surveys to be conducted twice a year and feedbacks to be collected.

Qualification - Any Degree

Experience Required - 2 to 3 years

Location: - No 19/3, Srinivasa Industrial Estate, Kanakapura Main Road, Konanakunte Post, Bangalore- 560062.

Salary: - 04 to 05 LPA
