As an HR Coordinator at our company, your role will involve supporting end-to-end recruitment activities including sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and onboarding. You will be responsible for maintaining and updating employee records, HR databases, and documentation. Additionally, you will assist in organizing employee engagement programs, training sessions, and internal events. Your duties will also include coordinating performance appraisal and feedback processes, and responding to employee queries related to HR policies and procedures. It will be your responsibility to ensure that HR policies and statutory compliances are properly followed. You will prepare HR-related letters, reports, and data summaries as required, and collaborate with other departments for smooth HR operations. Qualifications & Experience: - Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (MBA/PGDM preferred). - 02 years of experience in HR or administrative roles. - Basic understanding of HR functions, policies, and labor laws. - Proficiency in MS Office and HR software (HRMS, ATS, etc.). - Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
