Junior HR Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the

  first point of contact

  for basic employee queries and provide first-level HR support
• Record, track, and maintain

  employee concerns, requests, and escalations

  in HR trackers
• Manage end-to-end

  employee lifecycle data

  , including:
• Attendance tracking
  
• Onboarding documentation
  
• Exit formalities and records
  
• Employee master data maintenance
  
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date

  HR databases, trackers, and MIS reports

• Ensure

  data accuracy, timeliness, and confidentiality

  across HR systems
• Support the HRBP team with

  MIS reporting and data analysis

• Coordinate with internal stakeholders, especially the

  Technical Department

  , for HR-related data updates

Key Requirements

• Experience:

  0–2 years in HR Operations, HRBP support, or HR data management

• Language:

  Hindi – mandatory (verbal communication)

• Technical Skills:

• Strong proficiency in

  MS Excel and/or Google Sheets

• Experience handling

  large datasets and HR trackers

• Availability:

  Immediate joiners preferred

• Soft Skills:

• Strong attention to detail
  
• Good communication and coordination skills
  
• Ability to handle

  sensitive and confidential information
