NNM is a startup fundraising support and consultancy firm located in Mumbai. We specialize in providing financial modeling, pitch deck presentation, fund advisory, and other financial, legal, and IT services to startups and SMEs. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Company Secretary at CoKaCo. The Company Secretary will be responsible for various administrative and secretarial tasks. This includes maintaining statutory books, organizing and attending meetings, preparing agendas and minutes, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements, and providing general administrative support to the team. Qualifications Strong knowledge of company law and corporate governanceExcellent organizational and time management skillsProficient in using MS Office and other relevant softwareAttention to detail and accuracyGood communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work independently and handle confidential informationPrior experience as a Company Secretary is preferredCS (Company Secretary) qualification plus Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business Administration, or a related field
