Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Company Secretary at CoKaCo. The Company Secretary will be responsible for various administrative and secretarial tasks. This includes maintaining statutory books, organizing and attending meetings, preparing agendas and minutes, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements, and providing general administrative support to the team.
