We are looking for an experienced Network Manager to lead and oversee the design, implementation, security, and maintenance of enterprise network infrastructure. The ideal candidate should have expertise in network architecture, security, cloud networking, and team management. This role involves leading a team of network engineers, ensuring network uptime, performance optimization, and implementing best practices for security and scalability. Key Responsibilities : Network Design & Strategy : Define and implement network architecture, policies, and best practices. Oversee LAN, WAN, SD-WAN, VPN, MPLS, and cloud networking solutions. Collaborate with IT leadership to align network infrastructure with business goals. Work with vendors and service providers for network procurement and upgrades. Network Security & Compliance Implement and manage firewalls, IPS/IDS, Zero Trust security, and VPNs. Ensure compliance with ISO 27001, NIST, GDPR, and industry regulations. Conduct security audits, penetration testing, and risk assessments. Manage incident response, threat detection, and disaster recovery planning. Team Leadership & Operation: Lead and mentor a team of network engineers and administrators. Establish SOPs, SLAs, and KPIs for network performance and service delivery. Collaborate with IT, cybersecurity, and cloud teams for seamless integration. Develop training programs to upskill team members in new technologies. Network Monitoring & Troubleshooting. Ensure 24/7 network availability and performance optimization. Utilize monitoring tools (SolarWinds, PRTG, Nagios, Wireshark, etc.). Troubleshoot complex network issues and provide escalation support. Oversee disaster recovery and business continuity planning. Cloud & Emerging Technologies Design and manage cloud networking solutions (AWS, Azure, GCP). Implement SDN (Software-Defined Networking) and SD-WAN for scalability. Explore AI-driven network automation and network-as-a-service (NaaS). Technical Skills: Networking: Advanced expertise in BGP, OSPF, MPLS, VLANs, QoS, STP, SD-WAN Security: Next-Gen Firewalls (Palo Alto, Cisco ASA, Fortinet), VPN, NAC, IDS/IPS Cloud Networking: AWS VPC, Azure Virtual WAN, Hybrid Cloud, ExpressRoute Wireless & VoIP: Cisco Meraki, Aruba, Ruckus, VoIP, SIP Trunking Network Automation: Python, Ansible, Terraform, Cisco DNA Center Monitoring Tools: SolarWinds, Wireshark, Nagios, PRTG Soft Skills : Leadership & Team Management – Leading, mentoring, and motivating teams. Strategic Planning – Aligning network infrastructure with business needs. Vendor & Stakeholder Management – Negotiating with ISPs, vendors, and service providers. Problem-Solving – Quick decision-making for critical network issues.
