Expedite Retailer/ SubDB/ DB and SS claims (Secondary/Damage) through liaisons with Commercial Team. Support Activities : Interpersonal Skills to handle and manage different stake holders, both internal and external. Coordinate recruitment of SO in accordance with HR Team, by reviewing shortlisted CVs and conduct preliminary interviews. Support the implementation of the Sales Training Program developed by Training Dept. Ensure availability of manpower (SO’s) within the given territory with no vacant area. Collate data and prepare reports to track sales parameters ,Review and Report during meetings. Ensure that wrong/lack of integrity related practices by team or trade partners are immediately brought to notice of the company and take steps to prevent the same.
