As a Collection Manager, your primary responsibility will be to allocate portfolios to vendors based on past performance trends and Field Officers (FOs) availability. Identifying and removing non-performing FOs, recruiting a fresh team, and providing training as needed are essential for maintaining an efficient collection process. You will be responsible for closing CRM queries within the assigned Turn-Around-Time (TAT) and addressing RCU audit queries promptly. Implementing committed actions at the field level and discussing receipt book discrepancies with agencies to prevent their reoccurrence will be crucial aspects of your role. Ensuring 100% utilization of Hand-Held Terminals (HHT) and submitting regular reports to Area Collection Managers (ACMs) / Regional Collection Managers (RCMs) are key responsibilities. Promptly reporting non-functioning HHTs to the IT team for necessary support is also part of your duties. Roles & ResponsibilitiesVisit retailers and chemist stores to generate orders and meet sales targets. Build and maintain strong relationships with medical retailers. Work closely with Team Leader to resolve buyer issues. Ensure high customer satisfaction and repeat business. Cover assigned regions with daily market visits. RequirementsQualification: Any Undergraduate / Graduate/ Post Graduate Experience: Minimum 1 year in Business Development / Field Sales. Preferred Background: Field sales, channel sales, dealer/distributor payroll experience. Not Eligible: Candidates from NBFC, Microfinance, Insurance, Building Material industries.
