Foreman

You are a skilled Foreman with extensive experience in production supervision and machine maintenance within the agricultural implements manufacturing industry. Your primary responsibility will be to effectively manage the day-to-day operations of the shop floor, ensuring the high-quality production of tools such as blades, harrows, and tillers while also maintaining the seamless operation of all workshop machinery and equipment. Your key responsibilities will include overseeing the manufacturing process of agricultural tools, including tillers, J-type blades, disc harrows, and more. You will be responsible for assigning daily tasks to welders, fitters, and helpers, as well as monitoring their output to ensure production targets, quality standards, and deadlines are consistently met. Additionally, you will be required to inspect finished products to guarantee they meet the specified quality requirements, coordinate with the inventory team for raw materials and consumables, and prepare daily production reports for submission to the Plant/Production Manager. This is a full-time position with a day shift schedule that requires your physical presence at the work location.,
