CTC: ₹25k–₹40k/month
Summary:
Supervise daily site activities, manage labour allocation, and ensure quality and safety.
Responsibilities:
- Monitor and supervise construction work.- Allocate tasks to labour and subcontractors.- Check quality and enforce safety norms.- Maintain attendance and productivity records.
Must‑Haves:
- Diploma/ITI Civil.- 15+ years of site supervision experience.- Strong knowledge of finishing and labor management.- Experience in Aluminum Formwork (MIVAN) must.
