Qualifications Strong Supervisory Skills and the ability to oversee work activities of staff Experience with Heavy Equipment operation and maintenance Effective Communication skills for coordinating with team members and stakeholders Proficiency in Carpentry for hands-on work and guidance Knowledge of Maintenance practices to ensure the proper upkeep of equipment and facilities High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical certifications or training are a plus Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously Experience in the manufacturing or textile industry is a plus
