Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Foreman located in Tiruppur. The Foreman will be responsible for supervising and coordinating the activities of workers in various tasks such as carpentry, maintenance, and operation of heavy equipment. The daily tasks include planning work schedules, inspecting work progress, ensuring adherence to safety regulations, and managing the use of materials and tools. The Foreman will also be expected to communicate effectively with team members and other stakeholders to ensure smooth workflow and project completion.

Qualifications

Strong Supervisory Skills and the ability to oversee work activities of staff
Experience with Heavy Equipment operation and maintenance
Effective Communication skills for coordinating with team members and stakeholders
Proficiency in Carpentry for hands-on work and guidance
Knowledge of Maintenance practices to ensure the proper upkeep of equipment and facilities
High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical certifications or training are a plus
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Experience in the manufacturing or textile industry is a plus
