Architect

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the conceptualization, design, and development of architectural plans for ongoing and upcoming projects
Prepare detailed drawings, working plans, and presentation designs using software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Lumion, etc.
Coordinate with project teams including structural engineers, MEP consultants, contractors, and vendors
Conduct site visits to ensure design execution aligns with architectural intent
Stay updated with local building bye-laws, NBC norms, and statutory guidelines
Manage design revisions based on client and management feedback
Provide creative and sustainable design solutions within defined project budgets and timelines

Key Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Architecture (B.Arch) from a recognized university
Minimum 4 years of relevant work experience
Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Photoshop, and other design tools
Strong understanding of construction techniques, materials, and site execution
Excellent visualization, presentation, and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple projects and work in a fast-paced environment
Registration with the Council of Architecture (COA) is preferred
