Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales and Marketing Specialist, located in Karnal. The Sales and Marketing Specialist will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies, conducting market research, engaging with potential customers, and driving sales. The individual will work closely with the sales team to improve sales techniques and achieve targets. Additional duties include providing training to new sales staff, managing sales accounts, and handling customer service inquiries to ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
Proven track record in Sales and Sales Management
Experience in Training and developing sales staff
Ability to work collaboratively with a team
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
Experience in the signage industry is a plus
Proficiency in MS Office and relevant software tools
