Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales and Marketing Specialist based in New Delhi. The role involves driving sales strategies, building strong customer relationships, and overseeing training initiatives to ensure client satisfaction and revenue growth. The specialist will also be tasked with managing sales operations, collaborating with teams to enhance customer engagement, and contributing to promotional activities to meet organizational goals. Qualifications Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively engage clients and build long-term relationships Proficiency in Sales and Sales Management to drive business development and meet revenue targets Capability to conduct Training sessions to support the professional growth of the team Proactive and goal-oriented mindset with a focus on results Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field Experience in event management or branding is an advantage
