Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role located in Gwalior for a Sales and Marketing Specialist. The role involves generating leads, managing customer inquiries, and promoting the features of Devhans Residency to potential buyers. The specialist will oversee the end-to-end sales process, build and maintain client relationships, conduct marketing campaigns, and provide training sessions to ensure effective communication and sales strategies. Qualifications •Proven experience in Sales, Marketing, and Customer Relationship Management •Strong communication, negotiation, and client engagement skills •Ability to plan and execute target-driven marketing campaigns •Experience in team coordination or training is a plus •Familiarity with the real estate sector or local Gwalior market preferred •Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
