Job Description

About the Role:

You will own sales engagement processes, craft personalized cadences, optimize outreach, and ensure seamless collaboration between sales and marketing teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary owner of sales engagement processes for Sales and BDR/SDR teams.
  • Build, test, and optimize cadences, email templates, call scripts, and LinkedIn messaging sequences for targeted personas and campaigns.
  • Develop engaging, conversion-focused content aligned with brand tone for sales and marketing outreach.
  • Segment leads and accounts to create personalized, high-impact cadences.
  • Leverage automation for follow-ups, task assignments, and reminders.
  • Monitor engagement metrics (opens, replies, call connects) and optimize cadences and messaging.
  • Conduct A/B testing to identify the highest-performing sequences.
  • Build dashboards and reports in Salesforce to track pipeline impact, engagement, and team performance.
  • Apply advanced personalization techniques, including dynamic fields and AI-based suggestions.
  • Prioritize and route leads based on engagement scores for timely follow-up by the right rep.
  • Establish feedback loops with sales teams to continuously improve cadences and content.
  • Maintain data accuracy, automation flows, and user setup in sales engagement platforms.
  • Provide training, playbooks, and best practices for users on cadence structure, messaging tone, and engagement strategies.
  • Ensure all outreach activities comply with GDPR, CAN-SPAM, and email regulations.

Salesforce Account Engagement (Pardot):

  • Design and optimize email campaigns, nurture programs, and automation rules.
  • Manage prospect segmentation, lead scoring, and grading models.
  • Ensure data accuracy and sync between Salesforce and Pardot.
  • Analyze performance and provide actionable insights to sales and marketing teams.
  • Experience with HubSpot or other marketing automation platforms is a plus.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Masters degree in Marketing, Business, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • 3-6 years of experience with sales engagement tools (Salesforce Sales Engagement, SalesLoft, Outreach, or similar).
  • Experience in creating cadences, email templates, and content for sales and marketing campaigns.
  • Ability to monitor engagement metrics and optimize outreach programs.
  • Experience in lead/account segmentation and personalization of outreach.
  • Strong content creation skills for sales and marketing communications.
  • Proficiency in marketing automation, lead management, campaign workflows, reports, and dashboards.

Preferred Skills:

  • Familiarity with ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, or other lead intelligence tools.
  • Basic HTML/CSS knowledge for email and landing page edits.
  • Experience working cross-functionally with marketing, sales, and operations teams.
  • Strong communication, analytical, and organizational skills.
