About the Role

Sales Operations & Marketing Specialist

Key Responsibilities

  • Sales Enablement:

    Partner with sales leadership to execute marketing-driven sales campaigns, track performance, and provide the team with the tools and content needed to be successful.
  • Salesforce Operations:

    Manage and optimize

    Salesforce Sales Engagement

    and

    Pardot

    to support lead generation, prospect nurturing, campaign automation, and pipeline growth.
  • Email Campaigns:

    Build, launch, and track multi-touch email campaigns in

    Pardot and Salesforce

    , ensuring proper segmentation, lead scoring, and A/B testing for maximum impact.
  • Prospect Intelligence:

    Leverage

    ZoomInfo

    and other prospecting tools to enrich Salesforce data, improve lead quality, and support targeted campaign execution.
  • Campaign Support:

    Collaborate with marketing to implement nurture flows, landing pages, and reporting dashboards that align with pipeline objectives.
  • Process & Administration:

    Assist the sales team with CRM hygiene, reporting, and administrative tasks to ensure consistency and efficiency in sales processes.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration:

    Work closely with sales, marketing, and operations teams to align campaigns with sales goals and ensure timely execution.
  • Data-Driven Insights:

    Provide reporting and analysis on campaign effectiveness, lead quality, and conversion metrics to guide strategy and resource allocation.

Qualifications

  • 3-6 years of experience in

    sales operations, marketing operations, or a similar role

    supporting sales teams.
  • Bachelors degree, preferably

    B.Tech in Computer Science

    .
  • Hands-on experience with

    Salesforce, Pardot (Marketing Cloud Account Engagement), and ZoomInfo

    .
  • Strong understanding of

    email campaign execution

    (segmentation, personalization, nurture flows, and reporting).
  • Solid grasp of

    sales and marketing campaign workflows

    , including lead management, scoring, and attribution.
  • Technical aptitude to troubleshoot tools and processes, with the flexibility to also support administrative tasks.
  • Excellent communication skills to work effectively with sales reps, marketing stakeholders, and executives.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Experience with

    campaign analytics and reporting tools

    is a plus.

Preferred Skills

  • Proficiency in

    Salesforce CRM

    for managing leads, opportunities, and campaigns.
  • Experience with

    Pardot

    for marketing automation, email campaigns, and lead nurturing.
  • Knowledge of

    ZoomInfo

    for prospect enrichment and data-driven targeting.
  • Familiarity with other marketing automation or CRM tools is an advantage.
