Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Kolkata for a Sales and Marketing Specialist. The primary responsibilities include identifying sales opportunities, building and maintaining customer relationships, managing sales strategies, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The role also encompasses conducting training sessions, presenting product demonstrations, and contributing to the overall success of sales and marketing initiatives.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
• Expertise in Sales and Sales Management
• Experience in conducting Training and product demonstrations
• Proficiency in building client relationships and driving sales plans
• Bachelor’s degree in Instrumentation, or a related field is preferred
• Prior experience in instrumentation or related industries is a plus
• A goal-oriented and proactive mindset with problem-solving capabilities
