Key Responsibilities: Assist the Medical Superintendent in overall medical administration of the hospital. Ensure compliance with hospital policies, NABH/NABL/JCI accreditation standards, and statutory regulations. Supervise daily functioning of clinical and non-clinical departments. Monitor duty rosters, attendance, and discipline of doctors and paramedical staff. Coordinate with Heads of Departments for clinical quality improvement and patient safety. Handle medico-legal cases and ensure proper documentation. Oversee infection control practices and biomedical waste management. Participate in recruitment, training, and appraisal of medical staff. Address patient grievances in coordination with clinical and administrative teams. Assist in emergency preparedness and disaster management planning. Qualifications & Experience: MBBS or BDS equivalent qualification. Minimum 5- 12 years of hospital experience, with at least 2.5 years in a leadership/administrative role.
