Process Co-ordinator

Role Overview: You will be responsible for coordinating day-to-day operations and ensuring smooth process flow. Your primary tasks will include monitoring and evaluating existing processes and workflows for efficiency, collaborating with different departments to gather data and resolve bottlenecks, and documenting standard operating procedures (SOPs). Additionally, you will assist in implementing new process improvements and automation tools, track and report key process metrics and performance indicators (KPIs), provide administrative and logistical support for team activities, and ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and quality standards. You will also be expected to train and support new team members on processes and identify opportunities for cost-saving and time optimization.
