Process Coordinator – Job Description

To make sure daily work runs smoothly by coordinating with different departments, checking progress, and updating all records.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate daily work between departments like Design, Production, Handwork, and Quality.
  • Follow up on tasks to ensure work is done on time.
  • Maintain and update trackers, reports, and documents.
  • Share updates and information with the concerned team members.
  • Help improve the workflow to avoid mistakes and delays.
  • Support in maintaining company SOPs and process standards.

Skills Required:

  • Good communication and coordination skills.
  • Basic computer knowledge (Excel, Google Sheets, Email).
  • Ability to follow instructions and handle multiple tasks.
  • Follow ups in Large scale.

Qualification

  • Graduate (any stream).
  • 1–2 years of experience in coordination work (preferred).

Work Environment

  • Office-based role with regular coordination with production and other departments.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
