What You’ll Do

As a Business Operations Executive, you’ll be the key link between our sales, customer support, and billing teams — ensuring every hotel partner enjoys a smooth and satisfying experience with KERA INDIA.

Your Responsibilities:

• Make cold calls and connect with potential hotel clients.

• Handle customer support and resolve client queries promptly.

• Create quotations, invoices, and billing records with accuracy.

• Maintain and update client databases and follow-up schedules.

• Coordinate with the accounts and dispatch teams for seamless operations.

• Prepare weekly sales and performance reports for management.

What We’re Looking For

• Strong communication skills (English & Hindi).

• Confident and clear telephone manner.

• Good knowledge of Excel / billing tools.

• Organized, proactive, and detail-oriented.

• Experience in customer service, hospitality, or operations is an advantage.
