Profile Overview: We are looking for a dynamic and goal-oriented Inside Sales Executive focused on New Business Acquisition to join our growing team. This is a high-impact role responsible for generating leads, reaching out to potential clients, and converting them into active users of the BillFree platform entirely through phone, email, and online meetings. Key Responsibilities: Acquire new business by identifying, qualifying, and closing B2B leads Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients from various industries Pitch BillFrees offerings clearly and effectively to decision-makers Handle objections, follow up diligently, and drive deal closures Maintain detailed records of lead engagement and pipeline activities Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly new acquisition targets Collaborate with the sales team to improve conversion strategies Desired Candidate Profile: Proven inside sales experience, strong listening and presentation skills. 1 to 3 years of experience in Inside Sales / Tele Sales / B2B Lead Generation Prior experience in SaaS / Concept sales / Retail-tech is a plus Strong verbal communication and negotiation skills Ability to work independently and manage multiple leads simultaneously Highly driven, target-oriented, and self-motivated Education: Graduate / Undergraduate / Postgraduate in any discipline or relevant field experience.
