Profile: Education Sales

Role: Cluster Lead

Location: Pune , Aurangabad

Hiring Mode: Contract Retainer (CR)

Relevant Experience: Education Sales 2+ years

Notice Period: Immediate Joiner - Max 30 days

Standard Information: Work from Office , 6 working days in a week On Field visit to cluster region 3-4 days in a week. Travel expenses will be reimbursed by the company upon timely submission of bills with necessary approvals.

1. Plan and execute various Sourcing activities in the district/Cluster.

2. Developing leads and networking with key stakeholders in the district like the government, education institutions, etc. in the state.

3. Exploring collaboration in the district with Government Departments like Education, Employment, Skilling, Welfare etc. for candidate sourcing, assessment.

4. Visit and Network with schools and junior/intermediate colleges for sourcing of candidates.

5. Should Counsel Principals, candidates, Parents, and other stakeholders and get the candidates for assessments and further onboarding.

6. Regular reporting of assessments, Interview scheduling, conduct of versant in the district level.

7. Should be good at handling data management.

8. Verification and sharing of timely data and reports for the respective district/cluster.

9. Ensuring the District/Cluster target for TechBee cohorts are achieved. 10. Organize workshops for various stakeholders like principals, District Education Officials, other department officials in the district, parents and other stakeholders.

11. Responsible for ensuring the achievement of Cluster/District onboarding targets.

12. Co-ordination with banks and partnered financial institutions for candidates loan process at District level.

13. Participate in events organized by Government and other stakeholders.

14. Ensure all data are captured in the system/monitoring tool that is being used.

15. Travelling to various locations to tie up with NGO’s/ schools for outreach and creating awareness and conduct of assessments.

16. Any other works as assigned by the reporting manager or the organization.

17. Scheduling and conducting assessments for candidates.
