About the Role
IT Systems & Digital Marketing Executive
Key Responsibilities
1. Server, Network & Security (Primary Focus)
- Plan, install, and configure on-premises or cloud-based servers (Windows/Linux) and virtualization platforms (Hyper-V, VMware, or Proxmox).
- Manage Active Directory, DNS/DHCP, file permissions, and secure VPN access for remote consultants.
- Maintain LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, firewalls, UTM devices, and endpoint security protocols.
- Implement and test backup and disaster recovery systems (RPO/RTO objectives).
- Maintain accurate IT asset inventories and network documentation.
- Ensure secure storage of client audit records, training data, and compliance reports.
2. General IT Support
- Provide L1–L2 support for desktops, laptops, printers, projectors, VoIP systems, and email clients (Microsoft 365 / Google Workspace).
- Manage user onboarding/offboarding, device imaging, licensing, and automation scripting (PowerShell/Bash).
- Conduct user training sessions on phishing awareness, password policies, and data protection.
3. Digital Marketing (B2B Focus for HSE)
- Manage and update corporate websites (WordPress/Webflow), including service pages for HSE trainings, safety audits, and ISO/OSHA compliance services.
- Execute SEO strategies targeting Coimbatore and Tamil Nadu industrial clusters (manufacturing, construction, logistics).
- Plan, launch, and optimise Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads campaigns for B2B lead generation.
- Create digital content including safety updates, case studies, and training calendars.
- Oversee creative production (Canva/Figma) and vendor coordination.
- Configure GA4, Tag Manager, and Search Console to track marketing performance.
- Run automated email campaigns (Mailchimp/HubSpot) for quotes, renewals, and training reminders.
Qualifications & Skills
Must-Have:
- Digital Marketing course certification and relevant experience.
- Knowledge in website management and server configuration.
- 3–5 years of experience in IT systems administration and digital marketing.
- Expertise in Windows Server, Active Directory, DNS/DHCP, firewall, and VPN configuration.
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace administration.
- Practical experience managing SEO/SEM campaigns or LinkedIn/Google Ads for B2B audiences.
- Strong documentation, troubleshooting, and communication abilities.
Preferred (Nice-to-Have):
- Virtualisation (VMware/Proxmox), VLAN configuration, and NAS/SAN setup.
- Automation or scripting knowledge.
- Familiarity with CRM/email automation tools (HubSpot, Zoho) and basic video editing.
- Certifications such as CompTIA Network+, Security+, Microsoft AZ-104/MD-102, Google Ads, or LinkedIn Marketing.

- Patch compliance ≥ 95%
- Backup success rate ≥ 98%
- SLA adherence for user ticket resolution
Digital Marketing:
- Qualified B2B leads generated monthly
- Cost per lead/acquisition within target
- Organic keyword growth and web traffic for HSE-related terms in Tamil Nadu
- Conversion rates for landing pages, webinars, and training registrations

Education
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or Electrical Engineering (or equivalent experience).
- Additional certifications in Marketing, SEO, or IT administration are a strong advantage.
Work Schedule
Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
 (On-call availability required for critical IT incidents)
