About the Role

Document Controller (Oil & Gas - HSE)

Key Responsibilities

• Manage, track, and control all project and HSE-related documentation.
• Maintain accurate records of safety manuals, risk assessments, permits, compliance reports, and project drawings.
• Ensure timely distribution and accessibility of HSE documentation to project teams and stakeholders.
• Monitor document revisions, updates, and approvals to maintain version control.
• Support audits and inspections by ensuring proper documentation availability.
• Implement document control processes aligned with ISO and Oil & Gas industry standards.
• Collaborate with HSE officers and project managers to ensure all documentation aligns with safety regulations and company policies.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Engineering, Administration, or related field.
• 2–5 years of document control experience in the Oil & Gas industry, with exposure to HSE documentation.
• Strong knowledge of HSE standards, practices, and documentation processes.
• Proficiency in MS Office and document management systems (DMS).
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
