seasoned IT Sales Executive


Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, qualify, and acquire new business opportunities for

    web, app, and software development projects

    across domestic and international markets.
  • Conduct

    client requirement analysis

    and propose customized technical solutions in collaboration with the pre-sales and technical team.
  • Prepare and present

    compelling business proposals, RFPs, and sales decks

    for medium to large-scale IT projects.
  • Lead the

    end-to-end sales lifecycle

    — from lead generation and client presentations to negotiation, closure, and post-sale handover.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular follow-ups, ensuring repeat business and referrals.
  • Coordinate with project managers and developers to ensure client satisfaction and timely delivery of commitments.
  • Track and achieve

    monthly and quarterly revenue targets

    , while maintaining an accurate sales pipeline in CRM systems.
  • Stay updated with

    industry trends, competitor activities, and new technologies

    to position Wire Wings as a premium service provider.
  • Represent the company in client meetings, events, and networking opportunities to strengthen market presence.


Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 5+ years of proven experience

    in IT sales/business development for a Website, App, or Software Development company (mandatory).
  • Strong understanding of

    modern web technologies

    (React, Node.js, Laravel, Shopify, WordPress, etc.) and

    mobile app frameworks

    (React Native, Flutter, etc.).
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills with the ability to convey technical solutions in simple business terms.
  • Experience in writing

    client proposals

    , responding to RFPs, and managing enterprise accounts.
  • Proficiency in using

    CRM tools, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Upwork, and lead generation tools

    .
  • Ability to achieve aggressive sales targets through strategic planning and persistent follow-ups.
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in

    Business Administration, Marketing, or IT

    preferred.
