About the Role

result-driven IT Recruiter

Key Responsibilities

Manage
end-to-end IT recruitment
with a focus on
bulk hiring
for junior to mid-level tech roles.
Execute
bulk sourcing strategies
using job portals, social media, references, internal databases, and campus drives.
Conduct
mass-level screenings
and coordinate with interview panels for smooth scheduling.
Ensure
bulk submissions
and maintain high
conversion ratios
from interview to offer stage.
Build a
talent pipeline
for recurring IT requirements across various clients or departments.
Maintain
daily dashboards, MIS reports
, and trackers for leadership reporting.
Manage offer rollouts, onboarding support, and post-offer engagement.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Proven experience (25 years) in
IT Recruitment
with a focus on
bulk hiring
.
Strong command over sourcing tools like
Naukri, LinkedIn, Monster, Instahyre, Internshala
, etc.
Experience in handling
multiple positions simultaneously
with quick turnarounds.
Good understanding of
IT skills, roles, and terminologies
.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to
work under pressure
, multitask, and meet aggressive hiring deadlines.
