1+ years of IT recruitment experience.
Strong exposure to niche & leadership hiring.
Hands-on experience with
SAP, Oracle, Workday, Cybersecurity, Cloud and other complex IT Position Hiring.
Proven ability to source via multiple channels.

Key Responsibilities:

Role and Responsibilities

Identify potential candidates
Source and attract qualified candidates for open positions
Utilize various sources such as job portals, social media platforms, professional networks, employee referrals, and headhunting
Conduct proactive talent searches and engage in passive candidate sourcing techniques
Maintain candidate database with relevant information
Provide regular updates for the recruitment tracker and other reports
Screen relevant resumes and coordinate the entire interview process
Update candidates with relevant feedback
