Job Description

Location: Goregaon, Mumbai Shift Timing: Rotational Shifts "Citrix experience & Server Management is mandatory" Key Objective: Install, configure, and maintain server hardware and software components. Monitor server performance and availability, troubleshooting issues as they arise. Perform regular system backups and ensure data integrity. Implement security measures to protect servers from unauthorized access and cyber threats. Collaborate with other IT team members to design and implement server infrastructure solutions. Provide technical support and guidance to end-users and other IT staff. Keep abreast of industry trends and best practices in server management and security. Document server configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting steps. Participate in on-call rotation for after-hours support and maintenance tasks. Evaluate and recommend hardware and software upgrades as needed to maintain optimal performance. Plan and implement server upgrades, maintenance fixes, and patches. Monitor and test system performance and provide performance statistics and reports. Define and implement strategies for integrating disparate operating system environments. Recommend and execute modifications to server environment to improve efficiency, reliability, etc. Ensure system connectivity of all servers, shared software, groupware, and other applications. Monitor, analyze, and predict trends for storage equipment performance, space allocation, and data growth to recommend enhancements Proven experience with systems planning, security principals, and general software management best practices.
