Job Description

Responsibilities:

1. Talent acquisition. Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for IT and software roles.

2. Sourcing & Screening. Conduct initial screening, evaluate technical skills (basic level), and shortlist suitable candidates.

3. Hiring Coordination. Maintain strong communication with candidates throughout the hiring cycle.

4. Handle salary negotiations, offer rollouts, and on-boarding coordination for new hires.

4. Maintain an organized candidate database and recruitment trackers.

Provide weekly/monthly hiring reports to management.

Maintain and update MIS related to hiring.

Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.

1-2 years of experience in IT or technical recruitment.

Strong understanding of IT roles (developers, testers, designers, support engineers, etc.).

Good knowledge of sourcing platforms and recruitment tools.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, small-team environment.
