Job Title:

About the Role:

Key Responsibilities:

Source, screen, and shortlist candidates for IT positions (domestic staffing).
Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates and clients.
Maintain and update candidate database in the ATS.
Support end-to-end recruitment process, including offer management and onboarding.
Build and maintain a pipeline of quality candidates for future openings.

Eligibility:

Candidates with 0–4 years of relevant IT recruitment experience.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated and proactive in sourcing and closing candidates.
Familiarity with IT recruitment processes is required.
