We are looking for a skilled IT Recruiter to manage the full recruitment lifecycle for technical positions across our organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the technology landscape, excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source and recruit IT professionals for various role
• Manage candidate pipeline and ensure timely communication
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand requirements
• Use recruitment tools and platforms to find best-fit candidates
• Maintain candidate databases and track recruitment metrics

Requirements:

• Masters in MBA
• 1 year experience as a recruiter
• Good communication skills in English
• Proven recruitment experience, preferably in IT
• Strong communication in and interpersonal skills
• Ability to build relationships with candidates and teams
