Job Description

SUMMARY We are looking for enthusiastic IT recruiters with 6 months to 2 years of experience to join our recruitment team. This role involves sourcing, screening, and coordinating with candidates for various IT positions across domains like software development, cloud, data, and ERP. As a junior recruiter with a technical background, you will receive structured training on recruitment processes, tools, and client handling, enabling you to understand technical requirements and match the right talent. Strong communication, learning agility, and an interest in HR and technology are essential. Roles and Responsibilities Upgrade your skills by working on end-to-end recruitment for leading MNC companies. Sourcing Candidates from various Job portals like Naukri /Monster/Shine and Linkedin. Screening the candidate's resumes and contacting relevant candidates. Assess knowledge, Communication skills aptitude, and experience of the applicant. Arranging interviews for selected candidates with the chosen company. Excellent learning skills and maintaining good relationships with candidates. Requirements Required Qualification: Must be a graduate in B.Tech(CSE)/MCA / BCA/ BE(CS)/ BSC(in computer science) Excellent English communication skills Atleast 6months to 2years of Experience in IT Recruitment. Interested to make career into IT recruitment Sound Technical Skills Must be comfortable working under a target Must be living within 5 to 7 kms nearby Marathahalli or can relocate nearby Marathahalli. Must be living in Bangalore currently. Benefits CTC up to 3.5 LPA Day shift (9:30 AM 7:00 PM) 5 days Working (Saturday & Sunday off) Interested candidate can share cv- yaindrela.b@2com.com
