Non technical profiles would include positions like Inside Sales, Business Development, Digital Marketing, and Business Analysts. Senior management profiles like Business Heads and CEO would also be included. Should have experience in the complete life cycle of recruitment from sourcing through on-boarding. Focus on sourcing quality resumes through head hunting, job portals and networking sites (esp. LinkedIn). The objective should be to create a pipeline of desirable candidates. Should shortlist & issue offer letters to multiple candidates and complete the onboarding process. Basic Requirements: Graduates with minimum 60% marks in all standards (10th, 11th, 12th & Graduation). (Full time MBA / PG Diploma in HR preferred). Should have good / excellent English writing & Speaking skills. Good skills in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc. Minimum 2 and maximum 3 years experience of looking after recruitment functions in an organization of repute (IT company or an Recruitment / Placement firm).
