Senior Recruiter Experience : 2 to 8 Years Location : Bengaluru Type : Full-time Responsibilities : Handle end-to-end recruitment sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer rollout, onboarding. Source candidates via portals (LinkedIn, Naukri, Boolean search, social media, referrals). Partner with hiring managers to fulfill hiring needs across functions. Maintain pipeline of qualified candidates and ensure great candidate experience. Track hiring metrics and ensure timely closures. Key Skills : 2–8 years full-cycle recruiting experience. Strong sourcing and Boolean search skills. Excellent communication and stakeholder management. Experience with ATS or recruitment tools.
