Job Description

Role Overview

20% HR operations responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

Handle full-cycle recruitment for IT positions, sourcing, screening, scheduling, and onboarding.
Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and develop sourcing strategies.
Leverage job portals, LinkedIn, social media, and networking channels for talent acquisition.
Maintain and update candidate databases for pipeline building.
Ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Track recruitment metrics and provide regular reports to management.
Support HR operations activities (~20%) such as employee onboarding formalities, documentation, and other HR-related tasks.

Requirements

Bachelors degree or equivalent qualification.
25 years of proven experience in IT recruitment.
Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques, job portals, and professional networks.
Prior experience hiring for roles such as Java Developer, Python Developer, Full Stack Developer, Data Analyst, Software Engineer, and other IT positions
.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple positions simultaneously and work in a fast-paced environment.
