Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Manage and maintain the organization's overall IT infrastructure, including firewalls and networks. Monitor network performance, availability, and security to ensure SLA compliance with internal and external stakeholders. Install, configure, and troubleshoot network systems, hardware, and security tools. Administer Fortinet, Cisco, and Sophos firewall devices. Implement best practices for network security and perform regular risk assessments. Escalate critical issues and collaborate with other IT teams for resolution. Maintain comprehensive and accurate documentation of network configurations, systems, and procedures. Support infrastructure setup, configuration, and day-to-day IT operations. Define and manage backup and disaster recovery protocols. Implement and enforce IT audit policies and compliance processes. Collaborate with vendors for IT procurement, licensing, and technical support. Track and manage IT assets, licensed software, and vendor contracts.
