Our platform streamlines compliance and investor reporting, empowering startups to raise capital efficiently and scale globally.We are seeking a dynamic Investor Relations Specialist to lead our investor engagement strategy and drive venture fundraising initiatives across our pre-seed and seed rounds. This is a high-impact role designed for a results-driven professional who thrives in a fast-moving, founder-led environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute investor relations strategies to attract venture capital and angel investments.Identify, engage, and nurture relationships with VCs, family offices, and strategic investors.Prepare and refine high-quality fundraising materials — including pitch decks, investor briefs, and quarterly updates.Manage the full lifecycle of fundraising: outreach, meetings, due diligence, and deal closure.Build and maintain a structured investor database, ensuring consistent communication and engagement.Partner closely with founders to shape capital strategy, investor positioning, and messaging.Monitor industry trends and competitor funding activity to inform outreach strategy.

Ideal Candidate:

Proven experience building and managing investor relationships within startups, VC firms, or financial institutions.Demonstrated success in raising or facilitating venture capital or institutional funds.Excellent presentation, storytelling, and negotiation skills.Comfortable operating independently in a lean, early-stage team.Driven by measurable outcomes, strategic thinking, and long-term value creation.Open to performance-based compensation and potential equity opportunities.

Requirements:

Minimum 2–4 years of experience in investor relations, venture fundraising, or related capital markets roles.Strong network within the VC, angel, or startup ecosystem.Deep understanding of startup funding processes and investor expectations.Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.Analytical mindset with ability to translate financial data into compelling investor narratives.

Compensation:

Performance-based: 3% commission on total funds successfully raised.No fixed salary at this stage.Exceptional performers may be considered for future equity participation or leadership opportunities.
