Role Description

-Develop and execute investor relations strategies for listed and pre-listing clients.

-Draft investor presentations, quarterly updates, and stock exchange announcements (BSE/NSE).

-Coordinate with company management, merchant bankers, and analysts to ensure clear and compliant financial communication.

-Manage disclosures and shareholder updates in line with SEBI and exchange guidelines.

-Monitor shareholding patterns, trading volumes, and investor sentiment — and work with the PR team to align messaging.

-Build and maintain relationships with financial media, investors, and research analysts.

Qualifications

Investor Relations

-Strong grasp of financial statements, SEBI disclosure norms, and capital markets.

-Excellent communication and writing skills — able to turn complex data into compelling narratives.

-Experience managing investor or analyst interactions is a strong plus.

-Background in Finance, Commerce, or Economics (MBA/CFA preferred).
