Investor Relations Specialist

As an Investor Relations professional at Onix Renewable Ltd, a leading company in India's renewable energy sector, you will be responsible for managing investor relations, analyzing investments, and supporting financial strategies. Onix Renewable Ltd has a successful track record of launching over 500 MW of projects and is now expanding into solar PV module production with a target capacity of 1200 MW by 2024. This role will allow you to collaborate with skilled technocrats who offer customized services from design to maintenance. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and maintain relationships with investors, analysts, and financial institutions. - Coordinate investor meetings, conferences, and presentations with merchant bankers. - Communicate company performance, strategy, and financial metrics to stakeholders. - Prepare investor reports, financial models, and investment presentations based on market analysis. - Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and manage financial reporting disclosures. - Address inquiries from shareholders, analysts, and potential investors. - Collaborate with internal departments to gather data for strategic communication materials. Qualifications Required: - 5+ years of experience in investor relations, finance, or a related field. - Experience with both listed and non-listed companies. - Strong skills in investor relations, financial modeling, and market analysis. - Excellent analytical and finance expertise. - Ability to interpret and analyze financial data effectively. - Outstanding communication and presentation skills. - Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field. - Experience in the renewable energy industry is advantageous. - Knowledge of regulatory compliance in capital markets.
