About the Role

Investor Relations Process Executive

Key Responsibilities

1. Investor Onboarding

  • Assist with end-to-end documentation for onboarding investors as per internal processes.
  • Prepare entity-wise checklists and maintain FAQs for investor-related queries.
  • Act as the

    Single Point of Contact (SPOC)

    for coordination between the Fund Administrator, Investor Success Team, and Finance Team.
  • Coordinate with Fund RTAs for document and KYC verification.
  • Liaise with Trustee and Finance Teams for signatures on final documentation.
  • Vet, compile, and archive onboarding documents (hard + soft copies).
  • Maintain an exhaustive MIS capturing all relevant LP (Limited Partner) data.
  • Set up and manage the online investor portal: onboarding LPs, enabling access for new team members, coordinating with wealth managers, and managing document uploads and updates.

2. Investor Servicing

  • Maintain readiness of all investor-related statements, reports, and records for timely sharing.
  • Respond to investor requests using standard templates and within defined TATs.
  • Support the creation and maintenance of the document repository on the investor portal.
  • Generate and share statements and data using the accounting system.
  • Coordinate with outsourced service providers to meet investor servicing requirements.
  • Manage documentation for investor requests such as:
  • Audit confirmation
  • Dematerialization of units
  • Bank account or broker changes
  • Investor-wise IRR calculations
  • Coordinate with Fund Administrators during distributions for verifying investor details.
  • Maintain internal trackers for investor approvals, follow-ups, and status updates.
  • Ensure timely dissemination of statements and reports to LPs.

3. Data Collation & Management

  • Build and maintain a repository of transaction data across funds in Excel.
  • Feed and validate data within the portfolio management system.
  • Maintain and update transaction data on a continuous basis.
  • Calculate IRRs using accounting data and established internal processes.
  • Support ad-hoc data requirements from internal and external stakeholders.
  • Maintain portfolio data on a monthly or quarterly basis.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Commerce, or a related field.
  • 2–5 years of experience in fund operations, investor servicing, or compliance documentation.
  • Strong understanding of KYC, onboarding, and investor relations processes.
  • Excellent Excel and data management skills.
  • Strong communication and coordination abilities.
  • Highly organized with a keen eye for detail.
