Investor Relations Specialist

Role Overview: As an On-boarding & Servicing Associate at Magic Capital, you will have the exciting opportunity to engage with the elite group of ultra-rich/UHNI users in the country. Your primary role will involve networking, pitching, and presenting the firm's investment track record and new offerings to potential investors, aiming to foster growth. Your duties will encompass facilitating the completion of KYC and other investment-related paperwork, guiding investors through the on-boarding process to the finalization of their investments. Moreover, you will collaborate with legal, financial, and other partners, along with clients, to ensure swift fund mobilization and transaction closure. It will be crucial for you to meticulously update and manage all investor interactions and service developments on the CRM platform, serving as the primary point of contact for customers. You will also contribute significantly to the rapid expansion of the business by closely collaborating with the core team and occasionally launching investment campaigns. Key Responsibilities: - Actively network, pitch, and showcase the firm's investment track record and new offerings to prospective investors. - Assist in completing KYC documentation and other investment-related paperwork. - Coordinate with legal, financial, and other partners, as well as clients, to ensure prompt fund mobilization and transaction closure. - Maintain and update all investor conversations and service updates on the CRM platform. - Work closely with the core team to launch investment-related campaigns periodically. Qualifications Required: - Minimum of 2 years of experience in financial services/wealth management. - Exceptional proficiency in spoken and written English. - Basic understanding of investment concepts such as stock markets, private equity, etc. - Exposure to High Net Worth Individuals (HNIs). - Knowledge or exposure to global financial markets will be advantageous.,
