Investor Relations Specialist

As an Investor Onboarding & Relations Executive, your role will involve assisting in end-to-end investor onboarding, including documentation and KYC verification. You will coordinate with Fund Admin, Finance, and Compliance teams for seamless data and documentation flow. It will be your responsibility to maintain investor records, checklists, and reports (MIS), manage document uploads and access rights on the investor portal, and support investor servicing by responding to queries, sharing statements, and maintaining trackers. Additionally, you will ensure timely completion of investor-related requests and compliance requirements. Your qualifications should include 12 years of experience in investor relations, fund operations, or financial documentation, along with a Bachelors degree in Finance, Commerce, or related field. Strong communication, coordination, and Excel skills are essential for this role, as well as attention to detail and the ability to efficiently manage multiple tasks.
