Investor Relations Specialist

Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

Communication and Reporting:

• Develop and maintain relationships with institutional investors, analysts, and other members of the investment community.
• Coordinate and manage the investor conferences, and other investor-related events.

Strategy and Analysis:

• Analyze and interpret financial data, market trends, and investor sentiment to provide strategic insights to senior management.
• Collaborate with internal teams to gather and analyze information required for investor presentations and communications.
• Develop and implement investor relations strategies to enhance the company’s visibility and attractiveness to investors.

Relationship Management:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for investors and analysts, addressing inquiries and providing detailed information about the company’s financial performance and strategy.
• Foster and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders within the investment community.

Content Development:

• Create compelling content for investor presentations, and other communication materials.
• Maintain and update the investor relations section of the company’s website.

Qualifications:

• MBA or any post graduate degree
• 3+ years of experience in investor relations, financial communications, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of financial statements, corporate finance, and capital markets.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with investors and analysts.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and financial analysis tools.

Working Conditions:

• Full-time position based in Jaipur
• Some travel may be required for investor meetings and conferences.
