Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced investment banking professional to join our Strategic Communication team. This role leverages deep capital markets expertise to advise clients on communication strategy during complex financial transactions—working at the intersection of deal execution and stakeholder narrative management.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in Equity capital markets, IPO, deal sourcing and deal origination within Indian markets, with exposure to listed entities and regulatory frameworks.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead communication strategy for capital markets transactions, including M&A, fundraises, block deals, and corporate restructuring.
• Advise promoters, boards, and CXOs on investor messaging, transaction positioning, and market perception management.
• Partner with investment banks, legal counsels, and financial advisors to align communication with deal timelines and regulatory requirements.
• Develop investor communication materials, including transaction rationale documents, investor FAQs, analyst presentations, and media positioning.
• Support clients in managing sell-side and buy-side analyst relationships during and post-transaction.
• Translate complex deal structures and financial narratives into compelling stakeholder communication.
• Monitor market sentiment, peer transactions, and investor feedback to refine communication approaches.
• Conduct deal communication readiness assessments and spokesperson preparation sessions.
• Contribute to new business development by leveraging investment banking networks and market relationships.

Candidate Profile

• 4–10 years of experience

  in investment banking (M&A advisory, equity capital markets), deal origination, deal sourcing.
• Demonstrated experience working on transactions involving listed entities in Indian markets.
• Strong understanding of capital markets, SEBI regulations, stock exchange requirements, and disclosure norms.
• Established relationships with investment banks, institutional investors, and financial intermediaries.
• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to engage C-suite executives and board members.
• Commercial acumen with understanding of valuation, deal structuring, and market dynamics.
• Comfort with high-pressure, deadline-driven environments.

• MBA (Finance) / CA / CFA
